Shipping & Returns

We so excited to now offer Exchange Policy! As a very small boutique business we have to watch our margins and offering free shipping + low prices returns or exchanges have not been an option for us. However we feel making our customers feel confident, comfortable and happy in Lala She Fashion is our sole purpose for existing!

We now offer store credit for any product(s) purchased after June 21, 2019 that are unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with attached tag and/or box, and are in original condition (Excludes sale, items that came with a free gift, clearance,  jewelry, and bath & body). Exchange needs to be shipped back to us within 15 days after the day they have been shipped.

LaLa She Boutique is NOT responsible for the following:

  • Delays with USPS shipping
  • Products that are lost or damaged in the mail. The USPS or UPS will be responsible once we ship the packages.
  • Products marked delivered by the Post Office. You will need to contact your local Post Office to obtain information regarding your package. 
  • All sale items are final sale.
Alternativly if you have an item that does not work for you we have a group specifically for re sell items. This exchange will be between you and the buyer.
