They recently renovated and have an upscale but inviting indoor space, with a french bistro-style outdoor patio, string lighting and all. The Chef Allie Beasman has created a menu that will have you completely enthralled with each plate. My husband and I love a sharable plate style dinner so we can get a wide variety of salivating dishes.
potato-crusted oysters dill pickle nectar, house dijonnaise, micro dijon
raw oysters** vindaloo curry cocktail, black garlic soy mignonette, fresh dill lebneh, persian lime
We consider ourselves oyster hunters in a sense; scouring all of Tampa Bay for that perfect fresh delight to positivity make our taste buds tingle. Voila! It has been at Edison this entire time! Don't spend another dollar on anything but these oysters! First go with the combo of the raw oysters the curry cocktail + fresh dill lebneh + persian lime. Combine all three and slurp this in to your mouth. I want for nothing else. The potato-crusted were my husband’s favorite! Coming from his pallet and having dined at some of the finest restaurants all over the world, that is not something to be take nlightly. "The potato!” he exclaimed over and over; they were gone before I could look up :)
creamy polenta, fresh florida fish, key west pink shrimp, mussels, chorizo, black garlic lemon aioli, charred bread
house made yuzu kosho tagliatelle_
maine lobster, basil, breakfast radish, asparagus, coconut americaine sauce
The sea food poperade was my favorite the charred bread with I believe a squid spread was delish. Just reading the description of the dish had me drooling. The lobster was decadent and rich full of flavor and melts in your mouth.
Ice Cream Flavors > chocolate truffle / vanilla bean / carob / butter almond / sweet potato coconut swirl
We had the vanilla bean and off the menu root beer. Comes with a cookie crumble for texture and taste. Do not miss this!
